State of Emergency in Kumamoto

State of emergency had released by the government that we shouldn't go out unnecessary.  Yet I'm taking a walk outside not meeting anyone or stopping by anywhere.

「非常事態宣言」熊本もコロナが多くなり飲食店の時短営業要請が出ている。不要不急の外出は避けるべきだそうだが、商店は全て営業しているのでお店の人も暇そうでなんだかな。
