Summer Hayashi Rice

"Hayashi Rice" is Japanese style of sliced beef cooked in Demi glace sauce and red wine.  It usually contains beef, onion, mushrooms.  I need to use a can of already made demi glace sauce for this dish.  I also added plenty of summer vegetables such as fresh tomatoes, courgettes and bell pepper.

「夏のハヤシライス」缶のデミグラスソースと赤ワインでハヤシライスを作った。軽く炒めたトマト、ズッキーニ、パプリカなども合わせた。牛肉は薄切りを使用するので、煮込まない。
