Radicchio au roquefort

I like the taste of Radicchio.  It's less bitter than endives.  Radicchio with roquefort cheese is a perfect match but I also added slices of nectarine.

「ラディッキオとロックフォールチーズ」ラディッキオはアンディーブより苦みが少ない気がする。見た目も赤で可愛らしいので、おもてなしに向いている。ネクタリンのスライスを加えて、ほんのり甘酸っぱさを足してみた。
