I wanted to create something with Comte cheese. Because I happened to have Japanese pumpkin that day, I made filling with pure of pumpkin, egg, cream and nutmeg. It was a great combination but I have to improve this.
「カボチャとコンテチーズのタルト」これはコンテを生かした料理を考えて作ってみたもの。カボチャのピュレ、生クリーム、卵、ナツメグでアパレイユを作った。とても美味しかったが、もう少し改善の余地がある。
