Pelmeni


"Pelmeni" is very common style of Ravioli of Russia/Eastern Europe/Middle Asia.  It's usually made with mix of ground pork and lamb.  I also added minced onion and dills in the meat.  They are served with sour cream but since I don't really like it, I had with butter.

「ピリミェーニ」とはロシア、東ヨーロッパ、中央アジアで食される水餃子。生地は餃子生地に卵を半分加える。中身は豚とラム肉の挽肉にタマネギ(生)のみじん切り、好みでにんにく、ディルを加える。普通はサワークリームをたっぷりと添えるが、私はあまり好きではないので、バターをかけて頂く。
