Family Dinner in February

"Cake Sale aux épinards et saucisson"

"Steamed vegetables with Bagna Cauda sauce"

"Filet de boeuf"

"Gratin dauphinois"

"Mousse au chocolat"

My aunt gave us very expensive fillet of beef so we had a family gathering.  I made simple French and Japanese dishes.  My sashimi of snapper was ok but the fillet of beef was excellent.  I was also very happy with the result of "Mousse au chocolat" which is alway become somehow unsatisfactory but it was great result because of the cold weather.
