「広東焼売風豚団子の蒸し鍋」
There are the dishes I made at home in Japan that I've found that particularly good. It's really best to cook simply in Japan.
「特に美味しかった家庭料理」牛肉グリルと野菜。焼売風に豚の細切れを中華包丁でたたいて作った豚団子(春雨、竹の子、椎茸入り)を白菜を敷いて酒で蒸しあげた鍋。好評だった。
