My friend recommended me this hotel restaurant for dim sam so I went there for the first time. I'm very impressed with the quality of shrimp of these dishes. Besides the significant dim sam dish, such as shrimp dumpling, spring rolls, siumaai, others become house's original and I had no idea how the other dishes are like by the description of the menu. Last two dishes were very unique.
「ゴールデンリーフ」コンラッドホテルのレストラン。美味しいとお友達からのオススメだったので、初めて行ってみた。ホテルなどの高級飲茶の特徴はそのハウス独自の点心。基本的な海老餃子（蝦餃：ハーガオ）や焼売などの典型的な点心以外は、食べてみるまで分からない。
飲茶の品を６品頼んだが、蝦餃などの海老の点心が特に美味しかった。春巻もプリプリの海老春巻。その他は饅頭のようなものが２つ続いてしまったが、中身は全く違う。全て上品な味付けでとても美味しかった。
