Gyoza is one of the complete food which contains meat, vegetable and carbo. It's easy and very tasty so I make it very often. I assume so as many other Japanese people as well. Chinese style of gyoza; dumpling is boiled style but I like the fried one.
「餃子ランチ」餃子は肉、野菜、炭水化物をバランスよく食べられる完全食なので、なんだかんだよく食べる。シンガポールにはニラがあまりないので、ネギとエシャロットのみじん切り、ニンニク、生姜を入れるのが私の定番。
