The Murray Hotel

I had a great burger at the newest boutique hotel; The Murray Hotel in Hong Kong which became my friend's recent favourite gathering place.  I liked the hotel's clean and modern design and most of all the service and the food was excellent.  We had burgers for lunch and I was impressed with the quality of its meat.

「マレーホテル」香港で昨年末オープンしたブティックホテル。スペースがゆったりと広く、サービスも良いということで、お友達の最近のお気に入りだそう。ランチのバーガーが驚くほど美味しかった。パテが肉をたたいて作ったもので、ねっとりしていて牛肉の旨味がしっかりある。バンズもソースもとても美味しかった。
