Boeuf bourguignon


I usually don't repeat making same dish over again because I need to expriment cooking many other dishes daily.  However "Boeuf Bourguignon"  is the recipe that I'm in pursuit to make it the the ultimate one.  Because I really love the dish itself.  Each year and each time I make, I'm trying to make it better.

「ブフ・ヴォギニョン」私は日頃新しいアイディアのレシピを料理することが多いので、定番料理を繰り返し作ることはあまりない。その数少ないリピートレシピの中でも、ブフ・ボーギニョンはもっと良く出来ると思ってるので、作る毎にレシピを変えて究極を模索中。
