Veau haché a la creme au chou
I made meat balls with veal this time. I think veal is much more refined than chicken or pork and match very well with cream sauce.
「子牛のボール・白菜のクリームソース」子牛の肉はやっぱり鶏や豚より繊細で美味しい。クリームソースにはチキンストックで煮詰めた白菜を合わせた。
