Tuna Salad


Whenever I feel that I need to eat more vegetable, or I need to eat light, I make a big portion of salad for dinner.

「まぐろのサラダ」野菜不足を感じた時や夕食を軽く頂きたい時は、やっぱりサラダがいい。皿一杯に作り、ソテーした鮪をたっぷり盛る。
