This is the last dish I made with pure of "
Shungiku". Home made pasta is not very difficult to make, but you need to rest the dough so it takes time. Yet it was so much better than the one already made.
「春菊の手打ちパスタ」春菊を使った料理の第三弾は手打ちパスタを作った。パスタは生地を休ませる必要があるので直ぐに作って食べられないが、作り方は簡単でモチモチとしていてとても美味しかった。
