I haven't made for long time since I learned this recipe in France. "Galantine de volaille" is meat stuffed whole chicken and usually covered with jelly. It takes long process to cook but it's a great holiday dish.
「鶏のギャラロティーヌ」これは鶏一羽に挽肉などをを詰めた料理。フランスで習って以来かなり久しぶりに作ってみた。最後はゼラチンで固めるものだが、今回は省略している。とても時間がかかるが、クリスマスやお正月などの祝い事によい料理。
