This is a salad made with chicken left from the other day. I tossed with boiled haricot beans, home made mayonnaise and chili miso that I made before. Miso with mayonnaise makes a great combination sauce.
「鶏の味噌マヨネーズ和え」鶏を丸ごと料理すると、骨まわりの肉をとって翌日の料理にできる。これは残っていた手作りマヨネーズと前に作った唐辛子味噌を合わせて和えたもの。淡白な鶏肉に味噌マヨネーズはよく合う。
