Pilaf is originally from middle Asia. In their authentic way, they cook the rice with lamb. Though I really love the combination of rice with chicken... who doesn't. It's very simple dish but delicious.
「鶏モモと玉ねぎのピラフ」鶏の炊き込みご飯。中央アジア料理のプロフ(羊の炊き込みごはん)みたいな、お肉たっぷりのピラフを作った。出汁は鶏のガラで取ったもので、玉ねぎを合わせたシンプルなもの。銅なべで炊いたらコメが立ってとても美味しくできた。
