Sable au fromage
This is a very simple aperitifs that I hardly make it because it's so good that I wouldn't stop eating it.
「チーズサブレ」これはクリスマスの合間に作ったお菓子。パルメザンやエメンタールを練り込んだ、サブレ。とても簡単で恐ろしく美味しい。クッキー類は、バターと粉の塊なので、お祝いやおもてなしの時の楽しみに作るようにしている。
