In my fridge - Low carb 2


After Christmas and New Year feast, only thing left for me in new year is to regulate my diet and to keep trying to lose weight.  I can eat more varieties and balanced foods when I have those things stuffed in my fridge so that I can combine those and prepare my lunch in no time.

「保存食・糖質制限2」クリスマスから正月まで続いた楽しい宴会期間もあっという間に終わり、今週から新年改め糖質制限のダイエット開始。お節の材料の残りなど、冷蔵庫の整理で作った作り置き。
