Japan is the best place to eat fish.  There is no other cuisine in the world to eat fish as good as Japanese.  We're definitely fish eater and I go to buy fresh fish about two times a week.  In Kumamoto, Monday, Thursday, Friday is the best day for fish because the local market is most active.

「魚」日本ほど魚を美味しく食べる文化は世界にはない。日本は完全に魚文化なので魚に関しては右に出る料理はないと思う。熊本の魚のいい日は月曜、木曜、金曜。今年、割と近くに、田崎市場と変わらないほど質の良いスーパーを見つけた。いい日には何があるのか見に行くのが楽しみだ。
