Ebi fry



Deep fried shrimp is called "Ebi fry" in Japanese and this is one of the popular Yoshoku dish.  The shrimp has to be straightened but it's difficult to make it straight..  It usually seved with tartar sauce but we had it with lemon.

「エビフライ」結構しっかりエビの腹に切れ目を入れたに丸まってしまった。頭を付けて揚げると足の付け根あたり、味噌があるところあたりも食べられて美味しい。今回はタルタル無し、レモンで。
