Japanese early summer home dishes - sahimi

We're still in covid stay home state which probably the most strict period in Japan, all the restaurants are prohibited to serve alcohol.  I usually don't eat out at night but we haven't been out for so many months, though probably this is the same situation everywhere in many cities in the world.

So we spend more money on food fish at home when they're available.  Fatty tuna is the special one but it's so much cheaper to have it at home than in the restaurant.

「初夏の刺身」蔓延防止になってあまり面白い魚がないのだが、外食出来ない分、家でプチ贅沢をしている。中トロなども結構いいものがあった。今は季節の変わり目なのかイマイチこれ!というものが無い。もう少しするとハモやシャクなどが出るだろう。
