Confiture du Kinkan
I spent time making preservatives in December largely because some products are the best to preserve on top of their season also for the new year.
「金柑の甘煮」12月は半ばからせっせと保存食作りをしていた。金柑はお庭に生ったものを頂いたので早速甘煮にして瓶詰めにした。蜂蜜を少し加えて風味を足した。
