I've started cooking for the end of the year on the first week of December due to the price of ingredients.

I've learned from the Chef of Japanese cuisine that those products can be preserved perfectly by freezing in a certain way.

「年末への仕込み」１２月の上旬に市場へ行き、年末の仕込みを始めた。冷凍するのだが完全に保存する方法がある。それは正月に解凍して頂いてみたが、完璧だった。
