Shime Saba

 

I've found a shiny mackerel in the market one day which I expected to be of great quality.  Yet I thought it could be better, with fatter.

「しめ鯖」１２月に市場に行った時に良さそうな鯖があったので締めてみた。もう少し脂が乗っているとよかったが、良い鯖だった。
