Japanese love to cook beans with sugar. In fact, it's best to cook with sugar and a small amount of salt. It's dessert but I have it all the time.
「紫豆」熊日びぷれすで水曜日に開かれている「水上村」のお惣菜は美味しいものが多く、その中でもこの紫豆が美味しい。とても良い塩梅で炊かれていて箸休めにもお茶のお供にも美味しい。水上村はナマスやおこわなども美味しいのでおすすめ。
