I made two boxes of Osechi at the year-end. One is for us and one is for my sister's family because my sisters were scheduled to go back to Tokyo on the 1st of January due to plain tickets arrangement. We usually have dinner together on the night of the 1st but we had celebrated in a different manner on the 31st. I made a gift box for her so that she didn't have to cook when she got back home.
「お節・おもたせ」妹家族は都合で元旦に帰る予定だったので、今回は大晦日にみんなでお祝いをした。その前に妹におもたせ出来る様に、お節を詰めておいた。子供用にエビフライを準備していたのだが、油で揚げるつもりがオーブン焼きにしてしまったので、色が悪くなった。
全て手作りで、美味しさは満点なのだが見た目があまり良くない。人参の飾り切りくらいしておけば良かった。。
