We came to Yamaga for some business but it's a nice place to come because they have a great Onsen. For the first time, we stop by this local Udon shop which was absolutely great quality. I wish there is a shop like this in Kumamoto as well.
「山鹿・入屋うどん」年末、山鹿に用事があったのでみんなで行く事になった。山鹿は街ブラも楽しいし、温泉もあるので行って損はない。
お昼は高木そばに行こうと思っていたが、多くて入れず。その先の交差点にあるうどん屋に入ってみたら、そこが大正解だった。好みの博多うどんっぽいツルッとした感じで、肉ごぼうが最高に美味しかった。出汁も良いし、かやくご飯もとても美味しい。次回から山鹿に行く時のお昼はここで決まりとなった。うどんにしては出てくるのに少し時間がかかる。駐車場は裏の風呂屋の広い所に停めてよいそうだ。
帰りに千代の園で「泰斗」を買って帰るのもオススメ。泰斗は純米が美味しい。
