Rouleau de saumon epinards

I'm experimenting some dishes that I can make for Christmas this year.  This is spinach added egg rolled with smoked salmon and cream cheese.  It's easy and it looks pretty.

「サーモンとほうれん草の鳴門」クリスマスのアペロにどうかと思って試作したもの。ほうれん草を入れた卵でサーモンとクリームチーズを巻いたもの。簡単で見た目も可愛らしい。
