Old Beijing - TST

My friend who is originally from Beijing invited me to Beijing cuisine restaurant in TST.  I really liked the foods there.  Cold appetizer and Lamb skewers were excellent.  These were something I've never had before.

I've realized that the sauce they used for Peking duck and other dishes were not sweet at all so I really liked.  She brought in a bottle of wine and ordered a lot of foods for us.  Thank you so much - 謝謝！！

「老北京」友人が馴染みの店に招待してくれた。北京料理はあまり知らなかったが、美味しくて好きになった。冷菜の豚の煮こごり、レタスの炒め物、羊の串焼きがとても美味しかった。

串焼き、北京ダックの味噌など味付けが甘くなく、酒にとても合う料理で私の好みだ。デザートのリンゴの飴かけもシンプルで美味しかった。餃子類などの北方系の料理もたくさんある。カジュアルな店だが、ゆっくりできる感じでとても良かった。ありがとう！
