Grilled yellow fish


Yellow fish is very tasty fish and I really like it.  I salt fish about one hour before cooking, so that salt goes inside of the fish, then grill in the oven with olive oil.  It's good to squeeze a lot of lemon juice.

「黄魚の塩レモン焼き」腹が黄色い黄魚(キグチ)は身に脂があり美味しい魚だ。しっかり塩をしてオリーブオイルをかけてオーブン焼きに。オーブンで焼くと身がふっくらする。
