These are the plats that I bought at exhibition in Kumamoto about two years ago. Koda yaki is one of the traditional porcelain maker who usually make the set for Japanese tea ceremony.
I met the young successor of the this maker who is trying to make more modern style of plats. I love to meet the artist himself to hear the story of his porcelain making, especially they make them each by hands. Mr. Egami is upcoming artist these days with several awards.
