I made a small amount of curry with chicken legs and vegetables I had in my fridge. I don't think my way of making curry is the authentic but once I cook anything with curry spice, it becomes curry to me.
I smoothen the sauce in the end of cooking with bar mix. It became very creamy and rich sauce without adding any creme or coco milk.
「チキンカレー」鶏の脚と冷蔵庫にある野菜で小鍋にカレーを作った。鶏をスパイスで炒めた後に柔らかくなるまで煮込む。野菜が全体にとろけた後にソースをバーミクスにかけて滑らかにした。クリームやココナッツミルクを入れていないのに、野菜だけで、クリーミーでまろやかなソースになった。
