Ajillo
This is very simple spanish aperitifs; olive oil cooked shrimps. It's easy and everyone likes it.
「海老のアヒージョ」これはスペイン料理のタパスの一つ。塩と白ワインでマリネした海老をたっぷりのオリーブオイルとニンニクで炒め煮にしたもの。冷凍海老でも美味しく出来き、料理法も超簡単だけどパーティーではいつも大人気のアペリティフ。
