Chou farci au lardon

This is something I make every year in this season in Hong Kong.  Cabbage is vegetable that grew in cold place so we don't have local cabbage here.  Yet in some organic farmer grew them in this season yet they are very very small as in the photo.

「香港キャベツの詰め物」これは香港の地元のキャベツに豚肉にベーコンを入れた詰め物。キャベツは寒い所で育つもので、香港には輸入物意外あまりない。この時期は、小さめのげんこつ大の新キャベツが出るので、詰め物をした。今回はオーブンで放ったらかしにしてしまったので、表面が乾燥してしまった。
