As a Japanese, sukiyaki is one of the most easiest and healthy dish I can think of when I don't have much ideas. The sauce is very simple; made with sake, mirin, soya sauce, sugar and water.
「すき焼き」時間もアイディアも無い時はすき焼きは簡単で野菜もたっぷりとれる料理だとつくづく思う。海外でも材料がそろえやすい。写真は夫用で半熟卵入り。
