Roti de Pintade

I really love the taste and the flavor of the Pintade.  You can find Pintade almost everywhere in French market, but it's not very common in Japan or in the U.S.  I've recently found the reasonable one in Hong Kong so I made the simple roast.

「ほろほろ鶏のロースト」ほろほろ鶏はフランスでは肉屋さんに売っている割りと一般的なジビエだが、日本はもちろんアメリカでもあまり馴染みがない。肉質は鴨と鶏の間のようで、しっとりしていてピンク色、とても味が濃く美味しい。香港に帰って来て割りとお買い得な小さめのものを見つけたので、さっそくロッティにしてみた。
