Asian beef salad

This is a salad with slices of beef cooked in soya sauce added.  It's also great to add steamed rice noodles with this.  When the beef is well seasoned, you don't need to add the dressing, squeeze of lemon or lime makes it perfect.

「アジア風ビーフサラダ」サラダに牛肉を甘辛く味付けしたものをトッピングした。これだけでもよいし、蒸したビーフンを加えるとベトナム風のサラダ麺になる。牛肉に味付けしているので、さらにレモンやライムを絞るだけで美味しく頂ける。
