Stuffed cabbage gratin brunch

This casserole is made with my frozen stuffed cabbage with boiled cauliflower gratin.  When I make stuffed cabbage, I tend to make it in large quantity because it takes time to make this dish.  Turning into a casserole gratin with some vegetables is a great way to have a frozen dish.

「ロールキャベツグラタン」ロールキャベツは面倒な料理なので、一度に沢山作って冷凍していることがある。それを解凍してカリフラワーと一緒にホワイトソースをかけてグラタンにしたもの。冷凍するとキャベツがかなりしんなりとしてしまうので、グラタンにすると気にならない。
