"Menci cutlet" means minced meat cutlet in Japanese. It's like "hambagu" but made with minced cabbage as well. I don't make this dish much but it's easy to make. I put onion, garlic and cabbage in the food processor to cut the vegetables quickly. Then add them to grounded beef with a half egg. Put some breadcrumbs and pan-fry it in the oil.
「メンチカツ」キャベツと玉ねぎを入れたメンチカツ。カツというが、私はしっかり衣を付けて揚げるのではなくほぼフライパンで焼いただけ。玉ねぎ、にんにく、キャベツをフードプロセッサで細かくしてひき肉に加える。卵を半分程加えてまとめてパン粉をつけて形が整ったらフライパンに薄くひいた油で焼く。
