Shrimp with spinach
Fresh shrimp is the best ingredients for many noodles and pasta dish in Singapore. I tend to use shrimps for many dishes because it adds deep taste and flavours.
「海老とほうれん草のパスタ」シンガポールで海老はいろんな料理に使いたくなる。パスタにも麺料理にも旨味が加わって美味しくなるのだ。ほうれん草はサラダ用のものを加えた。
