Petit sale au tomates

Cooked salted pork goes well with tomato sauce as well.  I usually serve this like this for the next day when I have leftover.

「塩豚のトマトソース」塩豚は一度煮込んでおくと、そのままハムの様に食べることも出来るし、この様にソースと一緒に頂くのもよい。２日以降は少し変化をつけて頂くことが多い。
