Sweet and sour pork is one of the common Chinese dishes in Singapore but it's also very popular in Japan. I made this with a part of pork especially sold for this dish but it was slightly chewy. I should probably have marinated the meat longer.
「酢豚」酢豚は日本で人気の中華料理だが、シンガポールでも一般的な料理。豚は酢豚用の肩肉?の部位を使ったが、少し硬かった。もう少し長めに漬け込むか何かしないといけない。
