I love the Japanese style of noodles but I often feel that their soup is too salty.  When I cook them at home, the noodles are not perfect because I use dried noodles but they taste much better overall.

「麺料理」日本の麺料理は大好きなのだが、店のものは塩辛いのが問題で最近よく家で作るようになった。スープはしっかり出汁をとって塩分を控えめにしている。最近のお気に入りはにゅうめん。家で作ると麺は乾麺になってしまうが、具も沢山入れてバランスの取れた料理にできる。
