My profession is to teach French cooking but I've been cooking Japanese food for most of the time.. that is because Japanese cooking is the best to make it in Japan.  Yet there are many western dishes that I can cook well here.

「洋食」日本に居ると和食ばかり作ってしまう。理由は日本では和食が一番美味しく出来るから。健康にも良い。たまに洋食を作る。フランス、イギリスの卵はわりと美味しいが、目玉焼き一つにしても日本だとモリッとした目玉焼きが出来て感動する。
