Steak brunch

Because my husband had business trip to India for a while, I cooked many beef dishes before and after his trip.  It looks like that Indian people never eat beef but they don't eat pork as well.  They only eat chicken and seafoods but most of them are mainly vegetarian.

「ステーキブランチ」夫がインドにしばらく出張に行っていたので、その前後は牛肉料理をたくさんした。インドでは牛肉は絶対食べないが、豚も食べない。肉は鶏肉だけだそうで、ほとんどの人はベジタリアン。アルコールはOKらしい。肉好きでスパイシーな料理苦手な夫は辛そうだった。
