Veal Schnitzel

Veal is not common in Singapore but I can find it in a butcher in the neighborhood.  Because my husband likes this dish, sometimes I make with other meat, as pork or chicken breast but the real veal so much better.

「子牛のカツレツ」夫が好きなのでよく作る料理。とんかつも美味しいけが、子牛の方が肉が繊細で上品な味だ。レモンをたっぷり絞って頂くのが好き。
