Shichirin BBQ in November

Shichirin is a small BBQ pod that Japanese uses to grill fish and vegetable lightly.  It's not very good to cook meat on it because the pod is small.  I wanted to grill Sanma but the fish itself was rather lean and I also overcooked it.

「秋の終わりの七輪焼き」さんまを焼きたくて七輪を持ち出した。１１月はまだそれほど寒く無かったのでいい感じに楽しい週末の夕べだった。さんまは初めて「長崎産」というものを買ってみたのだが、時期も終わりで脂が無い。しかも焼きすぎた。北海道産の塩さんまにすればよかった。
