Maze Gohan

Maze Gohan is a type of rice cooked with vegetables.  I had the vegetable and chicken cooked with sake, mirin and soya sauce before then added to rice.

「混ぜご飯」久しぶりに和食に使う野菜を買って混ぜご飯の元を作っておいた。ご飯類は最近は糖質を避けるようにしているのであまり作らなくなったが、作り置きしておくと便利だ。
