Hakusui

 This is a water spring I often visit to take some spring water.  Natural spring water from this region tastes very different from the water in the city.  Yet Kumamoto city is one of the rare city in the world that water supply is 100% from ground natural water.  This spring is one of the original sauce of water in Kumamoto.

「白水」最近、お昼に白水の蕎麦屋に行くことがあるので、よく立ち寄る水源。せっかく自然が素晴らしく、水もとても美味しいのだが、ここのお土産屋のセンスが悪くて残念。熊本の水はそもそも１００％地下水で供給されていて水道水がとても美味しいのだが、阿蘇の水源の水はまた違う味。とてもやわらかく、この水でお茶を入れると格別な美味しさ。
